Every year a select number of meeting industry media representatives are invited to attend Florida Encounter, in cooperation with the local hosts.

Media representatives can seek appointments during the tradeshow with the suppliers. We will also ensure media have more time to cover the show. These steps expand your opportunity to gather story information during Florida Encounter.

After media representatives register, a member number and password to our attendee system will be sent to you at a later time.

This allows you to review the profiles and background information of all suppliers and meeting professionals attending.
